Friends in the Industry - One thing I appreciate most about the transportation industry is connecting with professionals that know a heck of a lot more than I do on topics that directly impact different carriers.
In today’s episode, I am excited to introduce you to Natasha Braun, owner of ProRate PLUS Trucking Admin.
You see, one area of compliance that I know to be extremely important, but I personally find quite challenging is managing IFTA and ProRate. IFTA stands for International Fuel Tax Agreement, which was created to streamline the collection and distribution of fuel taxes for carriers who operate in multiple jurisdictions AKA a Federal Carrier.
Understanding and complying with the IFTA rules is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, which is why I value Natasha and her company so much.
In addition to IFTA, ProRate is another area that carriers can truly benefit from but need to be extremely mindful of when utilizing.
Today’s episode will be excellent listen for carriers looking to learn about IFTA and ProRate, but also to be introduced to an industry leader that truly get’s it and is passionate about helping her clients save money, and operate within the boundaries of compliance.
